CUSTOMS & DUTIES The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing and order with us. Also we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control. Cancellation by the Wowsome Wish Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. Thanks for shopping at Wowsome Wish. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 24-48 hours to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the Wowosme Wish pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). Customer will be issued a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock. If the product is not from sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange. Once acknowledged by the W|W team during next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Wowsome Wish will not be responsible for any lost shipment. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-delivery. • As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with name of courier company and tracking number, it's customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can just help them with exact status of order along with its location.
